several opportunities to register for the 2010 season.

The Registration Fee is $80 per child, with a $5 discount for each sibling.

Deadline for Registration is September 1, 2010

At registration, the following will be required:
Completed Registration Form
Copy of 2009-2010 Final Report Card
Copy of Player's Birth Certificate
Completed Pop Warner Physical Form
