All Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Moms MUST complete the online Risk Management. Cost $25. Go to www.midsouthpopwarner.net to create a User Name and Password. Select Web Training Online Risk Management. If you are an assistant, team mom, or play counter, you will have to complete the online Risk Management Certification. Download Volunteer Application.
