July 16-20 from 6-8pm
Kiwanis Park

$40 registration fee
(incudes t-shirt)

Registration dates:

June 9 from 9-1pm Kiwanis Park
June 16 from 9-1pm Kiwanis Park
July 10 from 6-8pm at Kiwanis Park
July 12 from 6-8pm at Kiwanis Park

Registration for the 2012 season can also be done during the dates
above along with the week of summer camp!

$65.00 per child
$60.00 each additional sibling
All documentation must be brought to register for the season:

If you would like to volunteer as a coach, team mom, field help, etc...please complete the volunteer application and bring to a registration date above!
